If you are interested in buying one of the properties through our Whatsapp group/email, simply follow our step-by-step process:
Text to register your interest;

We will call back in the order of texts received and give you basic details about the property;

If you wish to proceed, we will send out our Terms & Conditions and an invoice for our
Finder’s Fee;
​
From this point, we will introduce you to the agent and the sale of the property goes through as a normal sale with yourself as the buyer.
We will of course be on hand if you have any queries throughout the process.
Buying a Deal
We send out our packaged property deals every fortnight via email and via our Community Group on Whatsapp.
Alternatively, we operate a tailored service.
